It is a privilege to be working for a company that takes ethics, client service and "doing the right thing" so seriously.
This is the 6th year in a row that we have won this award and we all are both proud of that and committed to keep raising the bar.
Step 1: Prepare and present your home so it is looking good. Good presentation really helps buyers bond with your home.
Step 2: Have an effective advertising plan that gets the attention of all the potential buyers who might be interested in your home. Finding one extra buyer can lift your price by tens of thousands of dollars. There is the old saying "you can't sell a secret".
Step 3: Market your home so buyers compete against each other. Buyers will pay more if they think they might lose it to someone else.
Step 4: Use a skilled agent who can guide you through the process and help you get a great result.
Simply put - my job is to find multiple buyers to compete with one another, so that I achieve a top price for my vendors.
I am having an excellent start to the year and this has carried on through into the winter as per the award below.
We are acheiving quick sales and exceeding the vendors price expectations.
